A lovely bred for speed 3yo bay gelding out of a 92 official rated 2YO winning mare – who ran at Royal Ascot in the 2Y0 Albany Stakes G3 and won a Conditions race at 3.  A very sharp sprinter type who has shown a lot of promise at home and on the gallops.

We have given him time to mature, he has grown considerably into a big horse and filled out. He is now ready to go into training with our trainer Jessica Macey based at Scrooby, Bawtry.

A winner as a two-year-old Appleberry was 4th in the 2 year-old Marygate Stakes (Listed Race) at York only 3l behind the winner PATIENCE ALEXANDER and just 2 1/2l behind TIGGY WIGGY.  She also ran in the Albany Stakes 2 year-old fillies (Gr.3) at Royal Ascot. finishing 9l behind the winner CURSORY GLANCE. At 3 she won a Conditions Stakes beating Canny Cool.  Also at 3 she was only 3l behind NEWSLETTER in a Class 1 Fillies’ Stakes (Listed Race) at Nottingham. Half-sister to very fast speed machine CAMACHO CHIEF (RPR 104)
