Chase The Dream Racing is offering an exciting two-year-old prospect with top Lambourn trainer Owen Burrows.
PHOENIX ESTILO is by the first-season stallion Phoenix Of Spain, winner of the Irish 2,000 Guineas and very nearly a Group 1 winner at two, beaten a head in what was formerly the Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster. From a strong sire line, Phoenix Of Spain has made a sharp start to his career at stud (especially with his colts) as from his first five sons to hit the track, four won on their second start.
Rococoa raced at two and three and was incredibly consistent. From nine runs, she finished in the first three on every occasion over distances of 6f and 7f. Her wins came over 6f on good to firm and her pedigree is one of speed, via Zebedee and Invincible Spirit and her damsire, Night Shift. Rococoa is out of the Godolphin mare Nightbird, a Listed winner at York and Newmarket who went close in the Group 3 Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot. Her first progeny has won three races to date and placed on a further five occasions.
