LUCK OF THE DRAW RACING are delighted to offer for syndication WALLAROO, a striking 5-year-old gelding by AUSTRALIA, trained by IVAN FURATDO.

WALLAROO’s sire, AUSTRALIA was a 16hh colt trained by Aiden O’Brien who progressed into a  Champion 3-year-old. That won’t be any surprise as his ability matches an incredible pedigree, Australia is by Galileo out of Seven times Group 1 winner, Ouiji Board.

Australia record on the racetrack is being matched to the breeding shed, having sired 12 individual Group winners in 2021.

WALLAROO was owned previously by the top French owners, The Wertheimer Brothers and stabled with Carlos Laffon Parrias in Chantilly. The name WALLAROO must stem from his pedigree; as his by the stallion, AUSTRALIA.

WALLAROO had not reached the racetrack in France but was given a good education, which encouraged Ivan to buy him as a backwards looking 3-year-old in 2021.

Ivan gave WALLAROO three runs to get handicapped and find his feet. He needed to learn about trip as he shows enough speed for 7-furlongs. His not been pressed for maximum yet and we think his well handicapped off 60.

His going to be a great fun horse for the all weather campaign over 8f and focus on the new winning pots available for the monthly competition for the BHA new all-weather prize money initiatives. His a sound horse but has been immature. Now that his strengthening his developed into a much nicer model.
